What happens if it rains or there’s inclement weather on my service day?
Pet Butler will continue to service your yard throughout the year. Doing so will keep your yard waste free and help maintain a healthier environment for you and your pet. We monitor the weather closely and do our best to get to your yard before any severe weather occurs. Our techs will work during the rain, but heavy rainfall and thunderstorms may prevent us from scooping. If there are any changes in schedules or cancellations due to inclement weather, we will notify you via email. Spring brings lots of rain and fast growing grass. To best service you, we request you to mow regularly to ensure all pet waste is picked up. Unfortunately, tall grass can make scooping tough. No refunds are issued due to inclement weather; that just means we have double the poop to scoop on your next scheduled visit. If weather permits, we will remove all the missed waste on your next visit at no additional charge. Please remember our service is guaranteed. That means we will come back out if you are not satisfied with our service.
