FAQs

  • Pet transport requests need to be submitted 48 hours in advance. Please call us at 1-800-738-2885 if you have a last-minute need, and we will try to accommodate your request.

  • We ask that all pet owners supply the necessary equipment/supplies needed for the care of your pet(s), including but not limited to: a sturdy, well-fit collar or harness for walking to and from the pet shuttle (we will provide a leash), and any information on treat restrictions, allergies, and/or medical issues.

    You authorize any purchases necessary for the satisfactory performance of duties. You agree to be responsible for the payment of such items, as well as service fees for obtaining items, and will reimburse us within 7 days for all purchases made. We also want to make sure your pet is healthy before using our shuttle service. By using our pet transport service, you certify that your dog(s) is/are free of any infectious disease and that the animal(s) are vaccinated for DHPP, Bordetella, Influenza, and Rabies. You also certify that your dog is free of contagious parasitic problems, whether internal or external (including fleas and ticks), and is free of any contagious skin disorder.
